Preheat the oven to 200° Unroll the pastry and brush with beaten egg.

Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle generously over the pastry. Sprinkle over the fruit mince.

Re-roll the pastry back into its original roll, and slice into 1 cm thick rounds. Place the rounds onto two lined baking trays. Bake for 15 minutes, turn down the heat to 160° C and bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

Whisk together the icing sugar and lemon juice and drizzle over icing as desired.
