Preheat the oven to 180 C. Unroll the pastry and using a side plate, cut out two large pastry rounds.

Place the pastry onto a lined baking tray, brush with egg and top with chocolate chips.

Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until golden and cooked through, remove from the oven and set aside to cool. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
