Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Unroll the pastry and brush all over with beaten egg.

Cut the pastry in half. mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle all over the 2 pastry halves.

Roll up the pastry lengthways, creating 2 scrolls.

Cut into ½ cm thick rounds and place onto a baking tray.

Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Serve and enjoy.
