Preheat the oven to 200C. Unroll the Today® Original Puff Pastry onto a lined baking tray, using a knife, score the edge of the pastry.

Spread with Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste, top with roasted butternut, onion and grated mozzarella. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Top with fresh sage and drizzle over balsamic glaze before serving.
