Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Unroll the Today® Original Puff Pastry and cut it in half horizontally, then slice the pastry into 4 even vertical strips. Place a pork sausage into the middle of each pastry strip and brush the edges with egg, wrapping the edges around the sausages.

Place the fold side down onto the lined tray. Brush with egg and sprinkle over sesame seeds.

Bake for 10 minutes, reduce the heat to 180° C and bake for a further 10 –15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with the braai relish.
