Preheat the oven to 200° C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Unroll the Today® Original Puff Pastry and use a 4cm round cookie cutter to cut out 20 rounds. Using a 3cm cookie cutter, cut out circles from 10 of the pastry rounds.

Brush the ten large pastry rounds with egg, sandwich with the pastry rings and brush the edges with egg. Place them onto a lined baking tray.

Spoon Nutella into the middle of each pastry case, top with 2 raspberries and a few mini marshmallows. Bake for 10 minutes.
