Marshmallow Nutella Tarts

Ingredients

  • 400 g Today® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup (125ml) Nutella
  • 20 raspberries
  • 1 cup (250ml) mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Unroll the Today® Original Puff Pastry and use a 4cm round cookie cutter to cut out 20 rounds. Using a 3cm cookie cutter, cut out circles from 10 of the pastry rounds.
  • Brush the ten large pastry rounds with egg, sandwich with the pastry rings and brush the edges with egg. Place them onto a lined baking tray.
  • Spoon Nutella into the middle of each pastry case, top with 2 raspberries and a few mini marshmallows. Bake for 10 minutes.
