Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Line 2 x baking trays with baking paper.

Roll out the TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry and lightly dust with flour.

Cut out festive shaped biscuits from the pastry and place onto the baking trays.

Bake for 8 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

Mix together the egg white, icing sugar and water, whisk until smooth and glossy.

Place the glaze into a piping bag and decorate the cooled biscuits as desired.
