Defrost pastry at room temperature until pastry is soft enough to be unrolled without cracking (2 – 3 hours). Brush with milk or beaten egg. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes in a preheated oven 200℃ until the pastry is golden brown and well baked through. Baking times will vary depending on type of oven.
