Ingredients
- 400g TODAY® Original Shortcrust Pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ cup (60ml) castor sugar
- 1/3 cup (80ml) chopped Mister Sweet Speckled eggs
- Icing sugar for dusting

Unroll the pastry and brush with egg wash.

Sprinkle one half of the pastry with the sugar and the speckled eggs. Fold the pastry over and press down to seal the edges. Brush both sides with egg wash.

Cut into strips and twist a few times. Place onto a lined baking tray and bake at 180℃ for 10-12 minutes. Cool and dust with icing sugar.
