Preheat the oven to 180° C. Unroll the pastry and using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out 18 stars. Place the stars onto a lined baking tray, brush with egg, sprinkle over paprika and top with grated cheese.

Bake for 8 – 10 minutes, remove from the oven and set aside to cool. Serve.
