Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and spread it with tomato paste, mix together the two cheeses and the dried herbs and sprinkle over 200g, spreading it evenly.

Roll the pastry from the bottom into a tight wheel. Cut into 10-12 even rounds.

Place the pizza wheels onto a tray and sprinkle over the remaining cheese.

Line the air fryer with baking paper and cook 6 at a time at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Serve garnished with freshly chopped basil.
