Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Unroll the Today® Original Puff Pastry onto a lined baking tray and portion the pastry into 8 rectangular strips.

Score a ½ cm border inside each cutout. Brush pesto over the pastry strips, top each rectangle with 2 asparagus spears and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
