Step 1
Unroll the TODAY® Original Shortcrust Pastry and using a standard-size saucer or small side plate, cut out three rounds.
Step 2
Place ½ a cup of filling into the center of each pastry round.
Step 3
Brush the edges with beaten egg.
Step 4
Fold the two edges together and use your fingers and both hands to seal the edges and crimp at the same time.
Step 5
Once sealed, neatly shape the pie.
Step 6
Brush the pies with the remaining egg and bake on a tray lined with baking paper at 180°C for 20 minutes.
