Festive Wreath

Ingredients
- 1 400g TODAY® Original puff pastry, ready rolled
- 75g Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste
- 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 100g white cheddar cheese, grated
- 150g feta, crumbled
- 1 tbsp (15ml) chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp (5ml) paprika
- Salt for seasoning
- Hinds Spices Pure Black Pepper for seasoning
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Fresh sprigs of rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C
- Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
- Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry, onto the lined tray, spread with tomato paste.
- Mix together the cheeses, rosemary and paprika and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the tomato paste, leaving one of the lengthways edges uncovered.
- Roll up the pastry tightly, to create a spiral and seal the rolled edge. Shape the spiral into a circle and use a sharp knife to score the pastry around the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden, puffed and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh sprigs of rosemary to create a wreath look and decorate with a festive bow.
