Method

Step 1

Fill a rectangular pie dish with a filling of your choice and brush the edges of the dish with egg.

Step 2

Unroll the TODAY® Original Puff Pastry and roll it over the filling. Cutting off any excess pastry and keeping it aside.

Step 3

Seal the edges with a kitchen fork.

Step 4

Cut a cross into the middle of the pie, to let out steam while cooking.

Step 5

Using the remaining pastry cut out leaves and decorate the pie. Brush all the pastry with the remaining egg.

Step 6

Bake at 180°C for 35-45 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown, puffed and cooked through.
