Biltong & Cheddar Puff Pastry Twists

Ingredients
- 400g TODAY® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ cup biltong powder
- 1 cup (250ml) grated cheddar cheese
Method

Unroll the pastry and brush with egg wash.

Sprinkle one half of the pastry with biltong powder and grated cheddar cheese. Fold the pastry over and press down to seal the edges. Brush both sides with egg wash.

Cut into strips and twist a few times. Place onto a lined baking tray and bake at 180℃ for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
