Mushroom and Mustard Tart

400g Today® Original Puff Pastry, thawed

(30 ml)wholegrain mustard

portabellini mushrooms, cooked
1
Fior di lattemozzarella, torn
4
sprigs of thyme

Tbsp
(30 ml)olive oil

sprigs Origanum
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Unroll the pastry and place onto a lined baking tray.
Spread over wholegrain mustard, top with cooked mushrooms, torn mozzarella and sprigs of thyme. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh Origanum.
