Ham & Pineapple Puff Pastry Pizza Wreath

Ingredients

  • 400g Today® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 50g Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste
  • 250g grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 100g sliced ham
  • 50g baby tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Hinds Spices Italian Herbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Roll out the Today® Original Puff Pastry. Using a plate and a small bowl, cut out a round and a hole in the middle to create your wreath shape.
  • Place onto a lined baking tray.
  • Evenly spread the tomato paste over the puff pastry, sprinkle the cheese, ham, pineapple & tomatoes, evenly over the wreath and sprinkle with Hinds Spices Italian Herbs.
  • Bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy.
