Walnut and Blue Cheese Scroll

Ingredients
- 1 400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
- 200 g blue cheese
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 10 sprigs of thyme, picked
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped chives
Instructions
- Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and sprinkle over crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, and picked thyme. Drizzle over the honey.
- Roll the pastry up (lengthways).
- Cut the roll in half down the center, join the two halves, and roll into a wheel.
- Place onto baking paper and brush with egg.
- Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 – 22 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
