Pizza Wheels

Ingredients

  • 1 400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Rhodes Quality Tomato Paste
  • 150 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 150 g grated mozzarella
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs
  • A handful of fresh basil

Instructions

  • Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and spread it with tomato paste, mix together the two cheeses and the dried herbs and sprinkle over 200g, spreading it evenly.
  • Roll the pastry from the bottom into a tight wheel. Cut into 10-12 even rounds.
  • Place the pizza wheels onto a tray and sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
  • Line the air fryer with baking paper and cook 6 at a time at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • Serve garnished with freshly chopped basil.
