Jam Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 400 g roll TODAY® Original Shortcrust Pastry
- ½ cup Rhodes Quality Mixed Fruit Jam
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 50 g castor sugar
Instructions
- Unroll the TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry and use a cookie cutter to cut out 12 even shapes.
- In 6 of the cutouts, cut out a centerpiece, those are the tops
- Spread jam on the 6 bottom cutouts and sandwich together with the tops.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle over castor sugar.
- Line an air fryer with baking paper and cook at 180°C for 7 minutes until golden brown.
- Leave to cool and enjoy.
