How to Unroll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • 1 400g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
  • Cake flour for dusting

Instructions

  • Open the packet of TODAY® Original Puff Pastry and lightly dust your surface or board with flour.
  • Place the pastry, pastry side down. Blue side up.
  • Gently unroll the pastry.
  • Remove the blue seal and your pastry is ready to use.
