Step 1
Open the packet of TODAY® Original Puff Pastry and lightly dust your surface or board with flour.
Step 2
Place the pastry, pastry side down. Blue side up.
Step 3
Gently unroll the pastry.
Step 4
Remove the blue seal and your pastry is ready to use.
Step 5
Once sealed, neatly shape the pie.
Step 6
Brush the pies with the remaining egg and bake on a tray lined with baking paper at 180°C for 20 minutes.
