How to make a Savoury Tart with TODAY® Original Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • 1 400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • A knife
  • Filling of your choice

Instructions

  • Unroll the TODAY® Original Puff Pastry and cut off a 1cm strip on all 4 sides of the pastry.
  • Brush the edges with beaten egg.
  • Lay the cut pastry strips onto the brushed edges and brush the edges with the remaining egg.
  • Fill the center of the tart with a filling of your choice.
  • Bake at 180°C for 20 -25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown, puffed and cooked through.
