Preheat the oven to 190°C

Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.

Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry, onto the lined tray, spread with tomato paste.

Mix together the cheeses, rosemary and paprika and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the tomato paste, leaving one of the lengthways edges uncovered.

Roll up the pastry tightly, to create a spiral and seal the rolled edge. Shape the spiral into a circle and use a sharp knife to score the pastry around the edges.

Brush with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden, puffed and cooked through.

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh sprigs of rosemary to create a wreath look and decorate with a festive bow.
