Easy Star Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 400g TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry, thawed
- 1 Egg, whisked
- 2 tbsp (30ml)100s and 1000s
- Icing for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Unroll the pastry and use a star and heart or any desired cookie cutter to cut out 24 biscuits.
- Place the biscuits onto a lined baking tray. Brush with egg and sprinkle over 100s and 1000s.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Dust with icing and serve.
