Ingredients

  • 1 400g TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry, thawed
  • 1 Egg, whisked
  • 2 tbsp (30ml)100s and 1000s
  • Icing for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Unroll the pastry and use a star and heart or any desired cookie cutter to cut out 24 biscuits.
  • Place the biscuits onto a lined baking tray. Brush with egg and sprinkle over 100s and 1000s.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Dust with icing and serve.
