Easter Bunny Ears

Ingredients
- 1 400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp (10 ml) Hinds Spices Cinnamon
- 10 small Easter eggs
Instructions
- Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and brush with beaten egg
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the pastry.
- Fold the left-hand side of the pastry over the right side and press it together. Cut the pastry, vertically into 10 even strips.
- Twist each pastry strip, and then shape it into bunny ears.
- Cook 5 at a time in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and place a chocolate Easter egg into the center of the bunny.
- Serve and enjoy.
