Easter Bunny Ears

Ingredients

  • 1 400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp (10 ml) Hinds Spices Cinnamon
  • 10 small Easter eggs

Instructions

  • Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and brush with beaten egg
  • Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the pastry.
  • Fold the left-hand side of the pastry over the right side and press it together. Cut the pastry, vertically into 10 even strips.
  • Twist each pastry strip, and then shape it into bunny ears.
  • Cook 5 at a time in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and place a chocolate Easter egg into the center of the bunny.
  • Serve and enjoy.
