Christmas Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 400g TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry, ready rolled
 - 1 large egg white
 - 250g icing sugar, sifted
 - ½ tsp (2.5ml) water
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
 - Line 2 x baking trays with baking paper.
 - Roll out the TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry and lightly dust with flour.
 - Cut out festive shaped biscuits from the pastry and place onto the baking tray.
 - Bake for 8 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
 - Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
 - Mix together the egg white, icing sugar and water, whisk until smooth and glossy.
 - Place the glaze into a piping bag and decorate the cooled biscuits as desired.
