Chocolate Star Wreath

Ingredients
- 1 400g Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry, thawed
- 1 cup (250ml) Nutella
- 1 egg, beaten
- Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Unroll the pastry and using a small star cutter, cut out 34 stars. Discard the offcuts.
- Place the stars onto a lined baking tray and brush with egg. Bake for 6 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and set aside to cool.
- Spread a generous teaspoon of Nutella onto half the stars and sandwich together with the remaining stars.
- Arrange the stars into a wreath shape on a large round board and dust with icing sugar. Serve and enjoy.
