Chocolate Croissants

Ingredients

  • 1 roll of TODAY® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
  • Any chocolate spread
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Unroll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry sheet onto lined baking tray
  • Cut long triangles out of the pastry.
  • Lightly brush with egg.
  • Put a dollop of chocolate spread on each triangle.
  • Roll up into a croissant shape, starting with the broad part of the triangle.
  • Bake at 180°C for 25 min or until golden brown and chocolate oozes out.
