Chocolate Croissants

Ingredients
- 1 roll of TODAY® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
- Any chocolate spread
- 1 Egg, beaten
Instructions
- Unroll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry sheet onto lined baking tray
- Cut long triangles out of the pastry.
- Lightly brush with egg.
- Put a dollop of chocolate spread on each triangle.
- Roll up into a croissant shape, starting with the broad part of the triangle.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 min or until golden brown and chocolate oozes out.
