Ingredients

  • 1 400g Today® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 1 Camembert wheel
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) fruit chutney
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Unroll the pastry and trim the edge of the pastry to make a square. Discard the off-cut.
  • Place the camembert into the middle of the square and top with fruit chutney and thyme. Fold over the edges to create a parcel.
  • Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle over sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and puffed, turn down the temperature to 160 °C and bake for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
