Baked Camembert

Ingredients
- 1 400g Today® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 Camembert wheel
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) fruit chutney
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Unroll the pastry and trim the edge of the pastry to make a square. Discard the off-cut.
- Place the camembert into the middle of the square and top with fruit chutney and thyme. Fold over the edges to create a parcel.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle over sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and puffed, turn down the temperature to 160 °C and bake for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
