Christmas Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 400g Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry, thawed
- 1 egg white
- 200 g icing sugar, sifted
- Sprinkles for decorating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Unroll the pastry and use Christmas themed cookie cutters to cut out as many biscuit shapes as you can. Place the pastry cut-outs onto a lined baking tray and bake for 8 – 10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Set aside to cool on a cooling rack.
- Whisk the egg white and fold in the sifted icing sugar. Place the icing into a piping bag with a small round nozzle and decorate as desired, sprinkle with your choice of sprinkles.
- Serve and enjoy.
