Frankfurter Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 400g TODAY® Original puff pastry, ready rolled
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 4 Frankfurter sausages
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Roll out the TODAY® Original puff pastry and cut into 4, width ways.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg and place the sausages into the middle of each pastry strip.
- Wrap the pastry around the sausage and use a fork to press down the edges.
- Brush with the remaining egg and cut each sausage into 4.
- Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes, the pastry should be golden and crisp.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
