Jam Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 400 g roll TODAY® Original Shortcrust Pastry
  • ½ cup Rhodes Quality Mixed Fruit Jam
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 50 g castor sugar

Instructions

  • Unroll the TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry and use a cookie cutter to cut out 12 even shapes.
  • In 6 of the cutouts, cut out a centerpiece, those are the tops
  • Spread jam on the 6 bottom cutouts and sandwich together with the tops.
  • Brush with egg and sprinkle over castor sugar.
  • Line an air fryer with baking paper and cook at 180°C for 7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Leave to cool and enjoy.
