400g Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry, thawed

Tbsp
(45 ml) olive oil
12
olives, pitted
4
sprigs of fresh rosemary
2
tsp
(10 ml) salt flakes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Unroll the Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry and place onto a lined baking tray, drizzle over olive oil, top with olives, rosemary and salt and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and break into pieces.
