Olive, Rosemary and Balsamic Glaze Focaccia

Ingredients
- 1 400g Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry, thawed
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 12 olives, pitted
- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp (10 ml) salt flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Unroll the Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry and place onto a lined baking tray, drizzle over olive oil, top with olives, rosemary and salt and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and break into pieces.
