Ingredients
400g Today® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
3 Tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 tsp(10 ml) salt flakes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Unroll the Today® Original Puff Pastry and place onto a lined baking tray, using a knife score the edge of the pastry.
Brush over olive oil, sprinkle over fresh rosemary sprigs and salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and portion.
