Cream Cheese, Blueberry and Honey Thyme Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 400g Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup (125 ml) cream cheese
  • 250 g blueberries
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 sprigs of thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Unroll the Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry and place onto a lined baking tray, using a knife score the edge of the pastry.
  • Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Spread with cream cheese, top with blueberries and drizzle over honey. Serve garnished with thyme.
