Unroll the pastry onto a lined baking tray, top each edge of pastry with grated mozzarella and tightly roll, crimping the edge with a fork. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds over the edge.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden. Set aside to cool slightly.
Mix the salad ingredients and toss with olive oil and basil. Place the salad into the centre of the tart and serve.
