400g Today® Original Puff Pastry, thawed

egg, beaten

cream, whipped

bananas, cut in half lengthways

(45 ml) caramel sauce

dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Unroll the pastry and place it onto a lined baking tray. Using a knife score the edge of the pastry. Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool. Top with cream, banana halves and caramel sauce. Sprinkle over chocolate and serve.
