Breakfast Tart

Ingredients
- 400g Today® Original Puff Pastry, thawed
- 200 g white cheddar, grated
- 100 g streaky bacon, cooked
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Unroll the pastry, and place onto a lined baking tray, score a 1cm edge around the edge of the pastry and top with the grated cheese, cooked bacon and sprigs of thyme.
- Crack the eggs over the grated cheese and place the tart into the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
