Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Unroll the Today® Original Puff Pastry onto a lined baking tray.
Spread tomato paste over the pastry and top with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden and crisp. Top with fresh basil leaves and serve.
