Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry, thawed

(15 ml) olive oil

sprigs rosemary, chopped

(10 ml) sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Unroll the Today® Original Shortcrust Pastry sheet and place it onto a lined baking tray, brush with olive oil and sprinkle over rosemary and salt.
Cut into irregular biscuit shapes and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve as a snack.
