Unroll the pastry and trim the edge of the pastry to make a square. Discard the off-cut.
Place the camembert into the middle of the square and top with fruit chutney and thyme. Fold over the edges to create a parcel.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle over sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and puffed, turn down the temperature to 160 °C and bake for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
