Easy Star Biscuits

400g TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry, thawed
1
Egg, whisked

tbsp
(30ml)100s and 1000s
Icing for dusting
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Unroll the pastry and use a star and heart or any desired cookie cutter to cut out 24 biscuits.
Place the biscuits onto a lined baking tray. Brush with egg and sprinkle over 100s and 1000s.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Dust with icing and serve.
