400g TODAY® Original puff pastry, ready rolled

Egg, beaten

Frankfurter sausages
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Roll out the TODAY® Original puff pastry and cut into 4, width ways.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg and place the sausages into the middle of each pastry strip.
Wrap the pastry around the sausage and use a fork to press down the edges.
Brush with the remaining egg and cut each sausage into 4.
Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes, the pastry should be golden and crisp.
Serve hot and enjoy.
