Ingredients

400 g roll TODAY® Original Shortcrust Pastry
½ cup Rhodes Quality Mixed Fruit Jam
1
Egg, beaten
50 g castor sugar
Instructions
Unroll the TODAY® Original shortcrust pastry and use a cookie cutter to cut out 12 even shapes.
In 6 of the cutouts, cut out a centerpiece, those are the tops
Spread jam on the 6 bottom cutouts and sandwich together with the tops.
Brush with egg and sprinkle over castor sugar.
Line an air fryer with baking paper and cook at 180°C for 7 minutes until golden brown.
Leave to cool and enjoy.
