Sundried Tomato Cheese Straws

Ingredients

400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
1
tbsp
(45 ml) sundried tomato pesto
100 g grated cheddar cheese
50 g grated mozzarella
2
tsp
(10 ml) Hinds Spices Paprika

Egg, beaten
Instructions
Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and use the back of a spoon to spread the tomato pesto over the right-hand side of the pastry.
Sprinkle over the grated cheese and paprika. Brush the egg on the other half of the pastry and fold it over onto the filled side.
Cut the pastry in half lengthways and cut 7 even strips, making 14 cheese straws. Twist and place onto a baking tray.
Brush with egg and bake them in the air fryer in two batches at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
