Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and cut it into 6 even squares. Top the center of each square with a slice of ham, 2 asparagus spears and some grated cheese.
Fold over 2 of the edges to create a parcel.
Brush with egg. Line the air fryer with baking paper and cook 3 tarts at a time at 180°C for 15 minutes.
