Ingredients

400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
1
Egg, beaten
50 g sugar
1
tsp
(10 ml) Hinds Spices Cinnamon
10
small Easter eggs
Instructions
Unroll the TODAY® Original puff pastry and brush with beaten egg
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the pastry.
Fold the left-hand side of the pastry over the right side and press it together. Cut the pastry, vertically into 10 even strips.
Twist each pastry strip, and then shape it into bunny ears.
Cook 5 at a time in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and place a chocolate Easter egg into the center of the bunny.
Serve and enjoy.
