How to make a Savoury Tart with TODAY® Original Puff Pastry

400 g roll TODAY® Original Puff Pastry
1
Egg, beaten
A knife
Filling of your choice
Instructions
Unroll the TODAY® Original Puff Pastry and cut off a 1cm strip on all 4 sides of the pastry.
Brush the edges with beaten egg.
Lay the cut pastry strips onto the brushed edges and brush the edges with the remaining egg.
Fill the center of the tart with a filling of your choice.
Bake at 180°C for 20 -25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown, puffed and cooked through.
